good point. I am looking for one too. I seriously think of changing PM for my IPs when the expire time is near. Currently being charge at 6.6% for 2 properties otherwise is 7%. 1 week letting fee for new or existing tenants, not sure what else is excluded but confirmed postage fee is excluded every month. (meaning agent charge me for postage on top of 6.6%)
