Asbestos Advice in the contract for Sale

thanks all for your reply and valuable sharing.

My concern is i do not know what is the implication and i do not know what i am in if i bought the unit. The worst thing is it is stated clearly in the contract for sale ......it looks like it is only applicable to ACT.
